RallyCue is developed by Tolga Cankurt.

For help, include what happened, what you expected, and your RallyCue and iOS versions. A screenshot can help; remove opponent names and private notes before sending it. You do not need to send a full backup for a general question.

For questions about your information, read the Privacy Policy.

Do I need an account or internet connection?

No account is required. Logging, match history, rival memory and preparation run on your iPhone without an internet connection. Opening a public support page or choosing a cloud destination for an export uses the service you select.

How do I log a match?

Choose Log a match, select or enter the opponent, date, match type and surface, then enter the score using a supported format. Add a few observations about what worked, what hurt and what to remember next time. Optional notes let you keep details in your own words.

Why is a score rejected?

Check the match format and enter your score first. A completed standard set normally ends at six games with a two-game lead, or at 7–5 or 7–6. Choose the match-tiebreak format when the deciding contest is a point tiebreak. Use an unfinished or retired status when play ended before a completed score, and read the field's validation message. RallyCue supports the formats offered in the app; it does not accept every local competition rule.

Can I correct or remove a match?

Open the match story and choose Edit. Save the correction and the record, rival memory and progress will update. Delete match removes it from current history. Undo delete restores the latest deletion while that undo is available; deleting another match replaces it. Existing exports and original recovery archives can still contain earlier or removed records.

What does my preparation plan use?

Choose a rival to revisit your recorded cues and relevant repeated observations. A next-time cue can be useful after one match. A recurring pattern needs the same observation in separate recent matches. Open the source matches to understand a reminder's context. A plan does not invent an opponent's weakness or measure technique from video.

Why don't I have patterns or a recent-performance window yet?

There may not be enough eligible matches or repeated observations in the current scope. Structured worked and hurt observations must repeat in at least two separate matches within 180 days before they can form a pattern. Last 5 and Last 10 performance windows require five and ten eligible completed matches. Singles and doubles are kept separate. A next-time intention is not treated as proof that a tactic worked.

How should I enter doubles?

Use Doubles and enter a consistent label for the opposing pair. That history stays separate from your singles record. RallyCue does not currently maintain a separate partner network or individual doubles-player rating.

How do I move my history to another iPhone?

Export a RallyCue backup from Settings and save it somewhere you trust before changing devices. On the other iPhone, import that file and review the merge preview. There is no RallyCue account-based sync. Device backups and transfers depend on your Apple settings. Keep the original export until you have checked the imported records.

What happens when I import a backup?

The app checks the selected file and shows a preview. It merges matching record identities rather than replacing the entire history: newer versions can update older ones, and equal-date conflicts keep the current record and are reported. Matches absent from the file are not deleted. Importing a file created before a deletion can bring a removed match back. A readable but rejected file should be kept unchanged while the problem is investigated.

What is the original recovery archive?

After migration from an earlier RallyCue version, or importing a recovery backup, original imported data may be retained separately. The explicitly labeled recovery export includes that archive, which may contain earlier versions or matches you later deleted. An ordinary match export includes current records without the separate archive. Treat recovery exports as private.

What leaves my phone when I share?

A match card contains the result, score, date and surface, and includes the opponent's name only if you turn that option on. It leaves out your reflections and preparation notes. A full backup is different: it contains names and notes. The receiving app, cloud provider or person receives whatever you choose to send.

What if the app cannot open its store or save a match?

Keep the error message and note what you were doing. Do not delete the app or discard your existing files as a first troubleshooting step. If Settings remains available, export current matches to a safe location. Contact support with the error text, app and iOS versions, and reproduction steps. The developer cannot recover a private local history from a server.

Is there a subscription, Watch app or video analysis?

The initial RallyCue V1 is free and has no in-app purchase or subscription. This release does not include Apple Watch scoring, live point tracking, video analysis or remote AI. Your journal and preparation are available in the iPhone app.
